Compass Coming Soon
Coming Soon
Selling your home? Listing it early as a Coming Soon property on compass.com gives buyers and their agents a heads-up that your home is about to hit the market. Drive interest with exclusive marketing and gain insights before officially launching.
What Can Compass Coming Soon Do for Your Listing?
Increase Exposure
Positioned on the Compass homepage and prioritized in search results, Coming Soon listings are the first homes buyers see on compass.com, and may be featured in national and regional marketing at no extra cost.
Generate Buzz
Bring your home to market sooner with print, digital and social marketing designed to pique buyer interest — then launch a second time when it goes live, attracting even more attention.
Deliver Market Insights
Preview your home to a high-interest audience. It’s the perfect time to assess pricing and gather buyer feedback — in most places without accumulating days on market.
How Does Compass Coming Soon Work?
- While your home is being prepped for market, your Compass agent previews it to buyers on compass.com.
- Your agent develops a Coming Soon campaign featuring social media, email, print materials and more to drive traffic to your listing.
- Based on these efforts, your agent identifies the right audience and gains pricing insights.
- Once listing prep is complete, your agent launches officially on the broader market for a faster, more profitable sale.
