How It Works

You and your agent decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget.
When you’re ready to start, your Compass agent will be by your side as you engage vendors and commission work.
Once the transformation is complete, your home goes on the market.
You pay for the services when your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.

Can an estate or trust use Compass Concierge?

Often, yes. Estates and trusts frequently lack liquid funds for pre-sale repairs. Concierge can front the cost of eligible improvements so the property sells for more, subject to program guidelines and approval.

When do I have to pay for these services?

You pay once one of the following happens, whichever occurs first: your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.

Are there any services not covered by the program?

The program is intentionally flexible and can be used with most vendors. Your agent will help determine which services deliver the greatest return.
